Process Control

  1. Freeze Drying Process
    • Steps: Loading → Primary Freezing → 1st Drying Process → 2nd Drying
    • Includes the sublimation process.
  2. Manual Control
    • Input conditions and parameters for the process from freezing to 1st/2nd drying.
    • The process is completed after verifying the drying is finished.
  3. Automatic Control
    • Select a recipe for the process.
    • Parameters for pre-freezing, 1st drying, and 2nd drying are automatically set up.
    • Process completion is verified using the P-rise test system inside the chamber.
